How our back-to-back strut is built
We manufacture only Shallow, Deep and X-Tra Deep back-to-back channel — spot welded and sold by the full truck load. We do not offer other products or fabrication services.
Process
Focused on one product family
Two channels are joined base-to-base into a single member. That is our product.
Spot welding
3 welds per foot on 4″ spacing join the channels into one stiff back-to-back member.
Lengths
Standard sticks in 10 ft or 20 ft — the lengths we sell.
Slotting
Solid (no slots) or universal slots 1.125″ long, available on every size.
Shipping
Full truck loads only
Orders ship as full tractor-trailer loads of Shallow, Deep and/or X-Tra Deep. We do not sell less-than-truckload quantities or other SKUs.
